The Bereavement Coordinators offer grief support services to family and friends after a hospice patient passes. These services are available for months; even after the patient’s passing or however long the family needs us. We offer a variety of services so that the friends and family of the person that passed can find the resources that are the best fit. Available services include support groups, individual counseling sessions, newsletters, and memorial services in facilities and the community.
