The Director of Community Relations/Community Liaison develops relationships within the community, providing education to physicians, hospitals, organizations, religious and civic groups. They are often the first contact with patients and families that have been referred for hospice services from their physician, hospital, facility, or family member. The Director of Community Relations oversees the community liaison’s daily work activities.
